Practice, access and privacy
Micro Missions supports a focused teaching purpose within Mr Mosman’s lessons. Short selection tasks sit alongside meaningful reading, original writing, discussion and oral work.
Visitors and assigned students
Try the visitor demo without signing in or providing personal details. Its illustrative choices remain in the page’s memory and are not saved to learner records or exported. It is not a placement test.
For assigned practice, the authorised tutor signs in with an approved Google account and private tutor code, selects an existing learner and checks the conditions before handing over the device. Students do not need personal accounts. Return the device to the tutor for review. The tutor should lock or sign out before a visitor uses it; never share the tutor code.
Existing teaching records
The assigned service uses registered names, student IDs and school levels, mission and form versions, first responses and results, dates, hints, support, prior exposure and tutor verification. These support lesson continuity and appropriate same-task review. Google Cloud hosts the app and records; the existing restricted SharePoint mirror receives teaching results. Offline records and ProgressPilot remain separate.
Signed sessions and security records protect restricted access. Identifiable rosters, responses and results require authorised tutor access. Visitor examples do not grant teaching privileges. Do not put student details in public messages.
This guidance describes the current service. The Academy’s website-enquiry notice has a separate scope. Ask Mr Mosman for the controlling student-record privacy and retention arrangements before assigned use or any proposed new processing. No new data use or retention period is established by this page.
What a result can tell you
Explorer (P3–4), Adventurer (P5–6), Navigator (Sec 1–2) and Strategist (Sec 3 onwards within actual competence) organise teaching tasks. They do not determine official subject levels or proficiency. Keep actual school year, subject pathway and examination requirements separate.
A result describes the exact task and recorded conditions. Keep first responses, help, exposure and verification distinct. Correctness, retries and completion alone do not establish mastery, retention, independence or transfer. A broader judgement may need a fresh whole-task response and a later check. Original records and legacy form IDs remain unchanged.
Help, correction and concerns
Ask for clarification, suitable access support or a review of feedback. A defensible alternative answer can be discussed. Preserve the original evidence and keep consequential disputed interpretations provisional.
Email academy@auryzen.com for help, access or correction requests, privacy questions or concerns. We acknowledge non-urgent complaints within two business days and provide a reasoned response or dated update within ten business days. Safety concerns receive immediate action.
For a serious complaint about the Founder’s own decision, we offer case-specific external review by a suitably competent person uninvolved in the dispute. No standing reviewer is appointed. Arrangements and confidentiality must be agreed, and independent resolution cannot be claimed before a reviewer accepts.
